14 march ive got a permanently ban from both servers but i dont know why and i like playing there so much can any1 help me pls i didnt get a warning
and i really wanna play on the server again hoping for replies

You were not banned by the server, but someone else that has the same GUID or CD-Key as you have...
This happens alot and we can not change the way how the server reacts on it...
Only way for you to fix this problem is buying the game

ok ty sensei but 1 dloaded the game and i got 2 cd-keys with it if i change u think it will work?

It will work if noone else got the second key and got banned. Just try it. If it won't work just write me a PM. Will give you another key.
